The Risk Management & Employee Benefits Department is committed to providing cost effective and value driven benefits to support the District's financial commitment, recruitment and retention goals.  We are dedicated to serving the needs of our employees and ensuring that the insurance products and related services are administered accurately and efficiently.

The Risk Management & Employee Benefits Department manages the insurance benefits for all employees, retirees and their families. These benefits include medical, dental, vision, Employee Assistance Program, life, disability, Aflac and Worker's Compensation benefits.
